Very ripe purple fruit, in particular plum, is liberally laced with pungent warm earth nuances that continue onto the impressively rich and well-concentrated middle weight flavors where the supporting structural elements are also very ripe if quite firm on the admirably complex and persistent finish. An excellent and ageworthy wine that is well worth adding to your wish list.
