Domaine Patrick Javillier is a wine producer of the Côte de Beaune region of Burgundy. It produces wine from fourteen appellations ranging between Puligny-Montrachet and Pernand-Vergelesses.

Patrick Javillier took control of the family domaine in 1974 and began to expand the vineyards, acquiring sites in Meursault (Village and Premier Cru), Puligny-Montrachet, Pommard and Corton-Charlemagne in the 1980s and 1990s. At the same time, he began to manage several additional parcels owned by his wife, including Les Grands Liards, Les Montchenevoy and Premier Cru Aux Serpentières in Savigny-les-Beaune, as well as vineyard sites in Aloxe-Corton and Pernand-Vergelesses.

Louis Latour (also known as Domaine Louis Latour) is a major négociant and wine producer in Burgundy. A majority of the wine portfolio is produced from the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wine grape varieties.

The large range of wines from Louis Latour are produced based on the terroir of each region and vineyard plot. Red wines are fermented in French oak vats before spending up to 12 months in barrel, while the Chardonnay ferments areconducted in stainless steel prior to oak ageing. In 1979, Louis Latour acquired holdings in the Ardèche river in south-central France to produce Viognier and Chardonnay at a more accessible price point. The same was done with Pinot Noir in the Var region of southeast France.

Louis Latour is distributed to many countries across the world, and is one of the most easily recognized producers of Burgundy. In 1997, the company was admitted into the Hénokiens club which is exclusively for companies that remain family owned, have operated for over 200 years and still bear the name of the founder.

Domaine Leflaive, based in Puligny-Montrachet, is one of the most important producers in the Côte de Beaune. Focusing almost entirely on white wines made from Chardonnay, the Domaine makes four grand cru wines and four premier crus in Puligny-Montrachet.

omaine Leflaive's most important wine is arguably the Montrachet Grand Cru, which, depending on vintage, can fetch upwards of $5000 a bottle. The domaine also has land in Chevalier-Montrachet, Batard-Montrachet, and Bienvenues-Batard-Montrachet, and makes a grand cru wine from each.

Additional to this, there are several premier cru wines, the most important of which is probably the Les Clavoillon, which was one of the wines included in the 1976 Judgment of Paris. Domaine Leflaive also makes a sole red wine from Pinot Noir under the Blagny Sous le Dos d'Ane Premier Cru title.

Domaine Billaud-Simon is a leading wine producer located in Chablis. The domaine has been growing Chardonnay in the region since 1815 and produces some of the best examples of Chablis Grand Cru and Premier Cru.

Domaine Blain-Gagnard is a Burgundian wine producer based in the village of Chassagne-Montrachet. The domaine focuses predominantly on white wines made from Chardonnay, producing three grand crus and eight premier crus largely from Chassagne-Montrachet, as well as Volnay.

Domaine Nicole Lamarche (formerly François Lamarche) is a Burgundy producer based in the commune of Vosne-Romanée and farming vines in a number of highly regarded vineyards in that appellation. It is best known for its grand cru holdings in Clos-de-Vougeot, Grands-Échezeaux, Échezeaux and the monopole La Grande Rue, which was awarded grand cru status in 1992. Pinot Noir predominates and is represented in all the premier- and grand-cru wines.
