Storage Charge

As a courtesy, Citicellar.store and its affiliates will keep the wine purchased by customers for up to two (2) weeks free of charge. However, HK$5 per bottle per month will be levied to customers who have not collected wine they purchased or have asked us to hold them beyond the two (2) weeks of grace period. The purchased wine will continue to be in the possession of citicellar.store or its affiliates unless all storage and delivery charges are paid in full. Beyond the 14 days of free storage, any additional day will be treated as monthly rate. No pro rata will be applied.
