Domaine Jean-Marc Morey, Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Les Caillerets 2013

This too is mildly exotic but not nearly as ripe with its airy and restrained nose that features notes of red grapefruit, tangerine peel, apple and plenty of floral elements. There is terrific energy and delineation to the overtly saline and mineral-inflected medium weight flavors that possess impressive mid-palate concentration as well as outstanding length. This too is really quite lovely.
