Good pale yellow. Pure aromas of lemon and flowers; more elegant than the Montagny. Juicy and easy to drink, in a delicate, laid-back style, with harmonious appley acidity lifting the middle palate. Quite dry on the finish. This wine began with 12.5% potential alcohol and was chaptalized to 13%.
