Domaine Jean et Gilles Lafouge, Auxey-Duresses 1er Cru Les Duresses Rouge 2020

Liqueur aromas of dark raspberry, cassis and an array of spice elements complement the sleek and very intense medium-bodied flavors that retain a lovely sense of energy and precision on the sappy and lingering finish. At present this isn´t quite as complex as the La Chapelle, but I suspect that it will catch it in time as it usually does.
