A slightly riper nose displays notes of pear, apple, petrol, quinine and an interesting white pepper hint. The more elegant if a bit less concentrated flavors exude a beguiling minerality on the pure, refined and markedly dry finale that evidence some youthful austerity along with fine depth and persistence. Lovely.
