A very pretty nose combines notes of green apple, pear and elegant white flower scents. The attractively textured middle weight flavors possess solid mid-palate concentration while delivering fine length on the balanced finale. This is quality Puligny villages that should drink well young and with a few years of bottle age.
Aromas of peach, clear honey, citrus zest and pastry cream introduce the 2019 Puligny-Montrachet Village, a medium to full-bodied, rich and creamy wine that´s ample and fleshy, with a ripe core of fruit, succulent acids and a saline finish.
The 2019 Puligny-Montrachet Village, matured in 15% new oak, has a perfumed bouquet with light yellow flower scents filtering through the peachy fruit. The palate is balanced with a slightly honeyed opening quite rich and Chassagne-like now with fine delineation towards the finish. Drink over the next 4-6 years.
