Domaine Billaud-Simon, Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre 2019

An elegant array is comprised of cool citrus rind, mineral reduction, quinine and white flowers. I very much like the intensity and fine detail to the highly energetic and overtly stony middle weight flavors that terminate in a clean, bone-dry and youthfully austere finale. This is lovely, and I particularly like the balance, though in contrast to the Fourchaume, this is a wine that´s going to need at least a few years first.
